Michigan Avenue Magazine’s Super Chefs

20150528_182746Yesterday I had the pleasure to attend Super Chefs which was hosted by Michigan Avenue Magazine and Celebrity Cruises.  During this culinary journey, I was able to indulge in some tasty dishes.

SuperChefCollageTasty signature dishes were by Chefs Fabio Viviani & Jereym Tannehill of Bar Siena; Matt Holmes of Café Ba-Ba-Reeba!; Greg Biggers of Café des Architectes; Rodelio Agilbot & EJ Kim of e+o Food and Drink; Adam Puskorius of Eddie V’s Prime Seafood; Nick Sutton of Food for Thought; Arturo Aucaquizhpi & Luis Qiroz of Gene & Georgetti; Lyfe Kitchen; Lawrence Letrero of Sable; and Priscila Satkoff of Salpicon.

Chef Adam Puskorius of Eddie V’s won the Super Chef prize with his amazing mini lobster tacos.
