What’s this (dish, appetizer or hors d’oeuvre) ?

Do you find yourself asking the server that question at events you are attending?  I know I do ALL the time because I really need to know what I’m eating and I’m sure I’m not alone.

On October 18, Occasions® Magazine hosted a soiree at Nuage Designs in Miami, FL for the Who’s Who in the South Florida wedding and party industry for a glimpse of the South Florida edition of Occasions® Magazine.  I happened to catch this picture on Twitter taken by the editor of the magazine of the server with the menu printed on his t-shirt.
